Trans Ride Pricing and Policies
At Trans, we value your comfort and convenience. To ensure transparency and a seamless experience for our passengers, please take note of the following pricing and policy details:
Peak Hour Surcharge: For rides initiated between 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, as well as on Sundays or Public Holidays, there is a 25% surcharge applied to the standard fare rates.
Wait Time Charges: Wait time charges apply when your taxi is stationary after your ride has commenced. This could be due to traffic congestion or in-ride stops enroute to your requested destination.
Service Fee: A flat-rate service fee of $2.00 is added on a per-ride basis. .
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your ride more than two minutes after your assigned ride has accepted the request, a cancellation fee equivalent to the base fare of your journey will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances might arise, so if you believe your situation warrants an exception, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@getsometrans.com.
